Nigeria has Nothing to Celebrate on Independence Day – Bola Tinubu


Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, former governor of Lagos State, has stated that Nigeria has nothing to celebrate on Independence Day, as “the nation has not flourished.”

Tinubu expressed his thoughts on the matter on Monday via a statement titled, A Return to Decency, Punch reports.

Olusegun Obasanjo, former president of Nigeria, is going back to school for a PhD in Christian Theology.

He is set to enroll today at the headquarters of the National Open University of Nigeria in Lagos, Premium Times reports.
