Kim Kardashian to get some competition from Katy Perry

Glu Mobile, the developer of the popular "Kim Kardashian: Hollywood" game, said it will develop a new mobile game with singer Katy Perry.

The San Francisco company said on Wednesday that the game will include Perry's voice and likeness. It plans to launch the game in late 2015 on Apple and Android mobile devices.

The Kim Kardashian game, which also features the reality TV star's voice and likeness, has been a big hit for Glu. The company on Wednesday reported $74.3m in adjusted revenue from the game in 2014 — its biggest seller by far, although sales slowed in the fourth quarter from the third quarter.

Journalists forced to delete pictures of Mugabe's fall

Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe, 90, fell down steps from a podium after speaking to supporters upon his return from Ethiopia, say witnesses.

Mugabe appeared to miss a step and toppled when he left the raised lectern at the airport on Wednesday afternoon, according to several witnesses, who insisted on anonymity because of security concerns.

His aides quickly helped him up and escorted him to his limousine which sped away, they said.

"He addressed supporters who welcomed him ... He missed a step as he walked down from the podium and immediately fell down," said a witness.

AU officials are finalising plans for a multinational force to fight Nigeria's Boko Haram extremists though there are questions about funding.

A UN official says senior officers from the UN peacekeeping department are attending the meeting that started Thursday in Yaounde, Cameroon's capital.

The AU last week authorised a 7 500-strong force from Nigeria and its four neighbours to fight the spreading Islamic uprising.

The official says the Africans want UN Security Council approval and money to fund the mission.
