Close Associate reveals how President Jonathan Looted N32b; SEE THE DETAILS


Frank Akpoebi, a close political associate of President Goodluck Jonathan, has revealed that a whopping N32billion was missing from the treasury of Bayelsa State Government when Jonathan was governor between 2005 and 2007.

He made the stunning revelation on Sunday at a press conference held at the National Headquarters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja where he gave reasons for his defection and of hundreds of others from the PDP in Bayelsa to the APC.

Akpoebi served as Commissioner of Health in Jonathan’s administration during his governorship. A founding member of the PDP in Bayelsa, he was also a Federal Commissioner in the Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission.

Five More PDP Governors Decamping To APC



Former Ag. National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and now a Chieftain of the APC, Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje has disclosed that five more governors of the party and their structures are joining the leading opposition party, APC, ahead of the 2015 general elections.

He disclosed that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP was behind the proposal for an interim government if General Muhammadu Buhari won the Presidential election.

According to him, the ruling party has been planning many tricks including the postponement of the election, stressing that the APC will join Nigerians to reject such undemocratic action by the ruling party.

I will do better in my second Term – Jonathan


Pres. Jonathan says he will do better in his second term if given the opportunity to rule again. He said this while speaking to traditional rulers in Kogi ahead of his campaign rally in the state earlier today.. 

"Whatever we have done in the last four years, we believe that we will even do more in the next four years. Most governments all over the world do better in their second tenure. This is because the Presidents are more stable that time, especially in these two terms arrangement. They are more stable. They sit down and plan for the country and focus on key areas.” he said

Pastors collected N6b to campaign against APC, Buhari - Amaechi



Gov Rotimi Amaechi, who is also the DG of the APC campaign organization has accused the PDP of paying some Christian clerics N6billion to campaign againts the APC and its presidential candidate, Gen Buhari. Amaechi made the allegation during the state's APC governorship candidate, Dr Dakuku Adol Peterside's campaign in Emohua local government area of Rivers State today.


"Some pastors collected N6 billion and they are circulating documents and telling you not to vote for an Hausa man, not to vote for a Muslim because they want to Islamise Nigeria. Tell them to return our N6 billion.
