Boko Haram attacks Cameroon military base


Nigerian Boko Haram Islamists launched an attack Monday on a military base in northwest Cameroon, forcing many to flee the area, the official sources said.

"The gunfire was very heavy," said the source, adding that the military base is in an area where police, elite army, and local government premises are also located.

Police confirmed the attack but there was no immediate information on any casualties.

Wahala dey o! Commercial s*x workers in the country under the aegis of the National Association of Nigerian Prostitutes, NANP, have thrown their weight behind the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, General Muhammadu Buhari.

NANP said it would declare a-three-day free s*x across the country if president Jonathan eventually loses the seat of President to General Muhammadu Buhari of the APC.

Mourinho charged with misconduct


London - Jose Mourinho was on Thursday charged with misconduct by the Football Association after the Chelsea manager made a series of controversial comments about match officials.

Mourinho claimed there is a "clear campaign by "people, pundits, commentators and coaches from other teams" against Chelsea and labelled the booking of Cesc Fabregas for diving in a 1-1 draw at Southampton on 28 December as a "scandal".

2015 Presidency: Igbos in Diaspora give their support to Buhari


A group, Igbos Diaspora Initiative for Buhari (IDIB), has said it will mobilize all Igbos in the Diaspora to give their support to the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari for the February 14, 2015, presidential election.

The group which membership is drawn from all strata including professionals, traders, career persons, women and youth groups, is led by Mazi David Nonso Ifeanyi Ezedinma, who is a special adviser to Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarawa State.
