Liberia to Prosecute First Man Diagnosed in US


Liberia has announced plans to prosecute one of its citizens for allegedly lying about not having contact with infected persons, before he boarded a flight to the United States.

The man, Thomas Eric Duncan, has become the first person to be diagnosed with Ebola Virus on United States soil.

Shekhau Denies Death Reports in New Video


In a new video obtained by AFP, Boko Haram Leader – Abubakar Shekhau, has dismissed reports about his death.

“Here I am, alive. I will only die the day Allah takes my breath,” Shekhau reportedly said, in the video released on Thursday.
